A team including researchers from the Cragg and Wade-Martins Groups in the OPDC have shown that cell recycling in Parkinson’s may play a more complex role than previously thought.
These new results have been published in Cell Reports in a paper entitled "Impairment of Macroautophagy in Dopamine Neurons Has Opposing Effects on Parkinsonian Pathology and Behavior."
