Jascha Achterberg, a postdoctoral researcher in Rui Ponte Costa's Group has been awarded a highly competitive Career Development Research Fellowship by St Johns College. The 4-year fellowship includes a salary, dining rights and a research allowance.
 
Jascha says, 'I will be focusing my work on Neural circuits that underlie efficient flexible cognition, specifically studying which computational laws explain the differences we see in flexible cognition across different biological species and artificial computing systems.'
