IT Operations and Support Manager

As the IT Operations and Support Manager I am responsible for the delivery of IT Services within the department.

I work closely with the Head of Department, Head of Administration and other Senior Managers to ensure the IT provision within in the department provides solutions that are proactive, agile and responsive, with effective communication, monitoring and evaluation.
