Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Officer
My role focuses on monitoring and reviewing policy, practice and culture within DPAG to identify and deliver effective initiatives to improve gender equality for all staff and students in accordance with the Athena SWAN Charter. This includes staff and student consultation, including surveys and focus groups, analysing and reporting on data, running events and coordinating diverse initiatives.
I work closely with the DPAG Athena SWAN Academic Lead, Sarah De Val, to deliver our action plan.
