I have recently joined Sarah's group to work on transcriptional regulation of genes crucial for the development of mammalian vascular system.
I have many years of experience in mouse embryogenesis. In the De Val lab, my work includes generating and analysing mouse models of normal and pathological vascular specification, growth and homeostasis. In particular, I am developing a pipeline for imaging and analysing our enhancer:reporter transgenic embryos on a variety of different mutant backgrounds using High Resolution Episcopic Microscopy (HREM).
