The importance of Harassment Advisors: Part of Anti-Bullying Week, 12th and 16th November 2018

To launch anti-bullying week, which this year has “choose respect” as its theme, the Athena Swan team in DPAG invited Caroline Kennedy from the Harassment Advisory service and Fiona Woods, a Harassment Advisor within DPAG, to give a talk to the department on ‘The importance of Harassment  Advisors’.

Caroline spoke about the role of a Harassment Advisor, what do they do, how are they supported in their role and why they are so important to the University. Fiona also spoke about her role as a Harassment Advisor within DPAG, why she wanted to take on this role and what this involved.
