I provide general HR support to a portfolio of DPAG research groups and professional services staff. I am the first point of contact for managers, employees and visitors within the following groups/teams:
Research Administration
Finance
Mulroney
I can assist with and provide advice on areas such as the following:
- Recruitment exercises
- Immigration and visas
- Contractual terms and conditions
- Absence management
- Family leave
- Regrading and reward
- Internal and Academic Visitors
I work closely with DPAG's Head of HR and HR Operations Manager escalating issues as and when appropriate. I also liaise with the research administration, finance and other support teams to enable an efficient service delivery.
