I am investigating protein aggregation in Parkinson's Disease with Mass Photometry. My focus is on the mechanism(s) of early-stage aggregation and the role of lipids. More broadly, I am interested in understanding how biomolecular self-assembly gives rise to protein functionality. I am jointly supervised by Richard Wade-Martins and Philipp Kukura.
