My research centres on gaining mechanistic and electrophysiological insights into the role of agarwood essential oil on hiPSC sympathetic neurons that have been subjected to oxidative stress. Alongside an array of techniques, such as IF imaging, calcium measurements, ROS assays, and optical mapping, I am also developing a code for quantifying spatiotemporal entropy in calcium dynamics.
