I completed my Ph.D. at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain) with the focus of my doctoral thesis being the differential effects of neural stem cell therapy in adult and middle-aged Parkinsonian mice.

I joined the Wade-Martins group in October 2021, and my research focuses on targeting the epigenetic regulator HDAC4 as a treatment for Parkinson´s disease.
