Following the online release of “The molecular cell biology, metabolism and physiological functions of lipid droplets”, a special issue of Seminars in Cell and Developmental Biology, Associate Professor Robin Klemm gave a special interview outlining the significance of lipid droplet research and how he approached putting together the issue, together with an introduction to how his own work fits into this vibrant newly emerged field and why he came to DPAG.
Sally Vine, Head of Administration and Finance
Sally came to DPAG in January 2020, joining us after running the University’s Internal Audit and looking after the Audit and Scrutiny Committee in Wellington Square, She is also a former Physiological Sciences undergraduate here. As HoAF, she is responsible for the department's professional services teams and ensuring the administrative support required to deliver the department's research and teaching mission. Now six months in, she has the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic to manage, alongside her continued work to support the department's overarching strategy. Interview on 21 May 2020.

Fiona Woods, CNCB Executive Assistant
Fiona has been with DPAG since May 2003, joining us with the Clarke Group from the old Biochemistry Tower. She's now Executive Assistant for Gero Miesenboeck based at the Tinsley Building and is responsible for providing a full range of administrative support to the various research groups at CNCB, alongside developing a whole host of responsibilities outside of her official capacity, including being a University Harassment Advisor.
