Johannes Felsenberg

Postdoctoral Research Scientist

Johannes is a post doc in Scott Waddell’s Lab at the Centre for Neural Circuits and Behaviour at Oxford University. He received his Diploma in Biology and his PhD from the Free University of Berlin. In the labs of Randolf Menzel and Dorothea Eisenhardt he worked on the role of the ubiquitin proteasome system in learning and memory in honeybees. Currently Johannes investigates the mechanism of reconsolidation and the extinction induced synaptic plasticity in fruit flies. His project in the Waddell lab is supported by a DFG-Fellowship.
