27.06.2013: Andy and Charlotte can generate mutant flies within a month. Incredible! - Highly efficient Highly efficient targeted mutagenesis of Drosophila with the CRISPR/Cas9 system. This study was pulished on Cell Reports.

26.05.2013: Ghows, in collaboration with Peter Smibert and Jr-Shiuan Yang from Dr Eric Lai's lab at Sloan-Kettering Institute, discovered that Argonaute levels are finely tuned by availability of mature miRNAs and the ubiqitin-proteasome system. This study was published on Nature Structural & Molecular Biology.
