Legend: Concurrent cardiac and body surface electro-activity during a four minute period of left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) occlusion and five minutes of reperfusion. Epi actn: ventricular epicardial activation sequences, with red/blue denoting regions of earliest/latest excitation, respectively. BSPM: body surface potential maps (red/blue showing positive/negative potentials, respectively) at peak T of the Lead V1 ECG. Bottom: Lead II ECG.
