Aeron Laffere

DPhil Student in Neuroscience

Aeron is a DPhil Student in the Department of Physiology, Anatomy, and Genetics. He works on linking experimental findings in neuroscience to theory, with a particular focus on models derived from reinforcement learning and economics.

Previously, Aeron worked at the Francis Crick Institute and the Centre for Brain and Cognitive Development in London. His predoctoral training was in psychology, neuroscience, and bioinformatics.

He is funded by a studentship from the Wellcome Trust.
