Research Fellow in Clinical Pulmonary Physiology
- We are seeking a Research Fellow to organise and deliver clinical studies in Pulmonary Physiology. You will join a dynamic team working from both the Department of Physiology, Anatomy and Genetics (Oxford, OX1 3PT), which has a strong track record of delivering studies in human physiology, and the Oxford Respiratory Trials Unit, a UKCRC registered Clinical Trials Unit specifically focused on respiratory disease, and based in the Oxford Centre for Respiratory Medicine (Oxford, OX3 7LE).

Postdoctoral Research Assistant
- A Postdoctoral Research Assistant is required to work on a project investigating the effects of nitric oxide signaling on proton dynamics in the healthy and diseased heart. The post-holder will be a member of the Cardiac Science Centre, under the joint supervision of Dr Swietach, Professor Vaughan-Jones and Professor David Paterson, and will have access to facilities and expertise encompassing a wide range of approaches used in experimental cardiac research. These include cell isolation and culture, viral transfection, fluorescence microscopy, confocal imaging and molecular biology.
